  Over the years, several Rosés have been crafted at Greenway Wines, each reflecting a different season, style and personality. Many came and went, often with different names.

  Sabine was the one that stayed.

  As we explored the origins of the name, we discovered its connection to the ancient Sabine people of Italy, whose stories celebrated strength, resilience and independence. The more we learned, the more the name seemed to fit. Elegant yet confident, graceful yet full of character, Sabine captured the personality of the wine itself.

  Today, Sabine has become an enduring favourite and an integral part of the Greenway Wines collection - a Rosé that celebrates beauty, individuality and the simple pleasure of sharing a glass with friends.

  Sabine is crafted exclusively from Merlot grown on our estate beside Wollombi Brook in Broke Fordwich. Gentle handling throughout the winemaking process preserves the wine's delicate colour, vibrant fruit character and natural elegance.

  The result is a Rosé that is beautifully balanced, expressive and unmistakably reflective of both variety and place.

  Lifted aromas of strawberries and cream, rose petal and Turkish delight lead into a soft, supple palate layered with guava and delicate red berry fruits. Gentle acidity and a beautifully rounded finish complete this elegant Rosé.
