One of our most popular wines, for this vintage we picked early and especially to make our signature Rosè.

This is a seriously good rose’ without being serious. Made with tasty little merlot berries, just gently hugged to get the fragrant juice out, tinged with a touch of berry’s skin colour Perfectly pink, subtly strawberry, but deliriously dry and with a scintilla of tiny beady bubbles to tickle your taste buds. Ooooh this one will take you anywhere....from chilli Mex to salty Chinois to smoky Texas BBQ to home fired pizza. Guaranteed to be the absolute go-to this Summer. Chill it on ice ... and watch it mysteriously disappear....magical unicorn drink!
