• Winemaking

  Luminoso is crafted from estate-grown Pinot Grigio grown beside Wollombi Brook in the heart of Broke Fordwich. Extended skin contact allows the wine to extract colour, texture and flavour from the grape skins, creating its distinctive copper hue and gentle richness.

  A small portion of barrel fermentation contributes softness and complexity while preserving the bright fruit character that defines the wine. The result is a Pinot Grigio that is vibrant, textural and unmistakably expressive of both variety and place.

  Young rockmelon, fresh apple and lemon blossom aromas lift from the glass, complemented by subtle floral notes and delicate spice. The palate is bright and textural, balancing fresh citrus and orchard fruit flavours with gentle phenolic grip and a beautifully rounded mouthfeel.
