Description
A well-balanced wine that’s not too sweet, not too tart, Pinot Grigio pairs well with most foods but can also be enjoyed on its own. “If Chardonnay is a sequinned blazer, then Pinot Grigio is a nice shirt. A sequinned blazer can only be worn on special occasions, but a shirt can be worn every day!!

Dominant flavour and taste of fresh, but ripe, pears. On the nose, you may also get a hint of strawberries and roses, and the palate is soft and smooth, yet with a touch of limey zing. It has a flavoursome dryness that continues on a long satisfying finish that has a top note of green apples. This apple character brings length, tightness and elegance to a gently sumptuous wine.
Enjoy with the sun setting, a slice of creamy salmon quiche and a tart green salad. Or… just hanging out with friends!
