Fiano
Broke Fordwich, New South Wales
Pronounced “fav-oh-low-so”, Italian for fabulous. Dry crisp with bright citrus & creamy undertones.
$35 each
Sourced solely from the Greenway vineyard, this Fiano was cold soaked on skins before gentle pressing and fermentation in tank. Élevage was a thoughtful combination of tank and French oak, with partial malolactic fermentation allowed to build texture and complexity.
Aromas of lemon blossom, pear skin and fresh herbs lead into a palate that balances citrus brightness with subtle almond meal and creamy undertones.
The result is a beautifully poised Fiano with delicate texture, quiet complexity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Favoloso (pronounced fav-o-low-so) is Italian for fabulous! The palate is textural with nectarines and citrus characters and a smooth lemon biscuit finish. The wine displays aromas of candied fruits, citrus and nuttiness. Australian Wine Selectors have just given this little beauty a silver with the following comments:
'Bright pear & Granny Smith & sea spray aromas. Vibrant, racy & mouth-watering with a lovely savoury texture & deep core of white fruit. Lemony acidity provides excellent balance & drive. A fantastic Fiano.'

Delicious in its youth, our 2025 FIANO ‘favoloso’ can be enjoyed now for its bright citrus drive and freshness, or cellared for up to 5–6 years, where it will gain additional texture, almond and honeyed notes while retaining balance and vitality.
Made for all things seafood, from freshly shucked oysters and prawns to grilled fish and calamari. The wine’s gentle texture also pairs beautifully with a well-curated cheese platter, particularly soft and semi-hard cheeses.
