Description
This is the latest release Fiano we have to share with you. Its light refreshing, citrus zesty, lemon biscuit on the palate. An absolute delight for spring summer. Fiano too ages beautifully and should you cellar it for a few years - it evolves to pear and honey overtures and chardonay like oaky characters.

Favoloso (pronounced fav-o-low-so) is Italian for fabulous! The palate is textural with nectarines and citrus characters and a smooth lemon biscuit finish. The wine displays aromas of candied fruits, citrus and nuttiness. Australian Wine Selectors have just given this little beauty a silver with the following comments:
'Bright pear & Granny Smith & sea spray aromas. Vibrant, racy & mouth-watering with a lovely savoury texture & deep core of white fruit. Lemony acidity provides excellent balance & drive. A fantastic Fiano.'
